Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse. Please send your cancellation request to dressescecilias@gmail.com to confirm if it can be successfully cancelled.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow our return process for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, in sellable condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

A £15 handling fee will be applied to each returned item and deducted from your final refund. A maximum of 10 returned items is accepted per order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties associated with return parcels. Please note that we do not provide return labels at this time, and customs duties collected upon delivery will also be deducted from the final refund.

To request a return, please contact us via email at dressescecilias@gmail.com. Refunds will only be processed once products are returned to the designated address provided via email after your return request is approved. Do not send items to the address on the shipping label received with your parcel.

Please ensure you ship the return parcel within 14 days after your return request is approved. Once shipped, email the tracking number to dressescecilias@gmail.com. Please note that Cecilia Dress is not responsible for any lost returns.

Include a note in the package with your order number and reason for return.

Outbound shipping fees and Green Shipping Protection (Insurance) from the original order are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after your returned package has been delivered. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Important Notes

• Returned items must be in their original condition, free from stains or damage.
• The £15 handling fee is per item and will be deducted from the refund amount.
